Refund Policy

If you’re not happy for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] or 9191-200-5555. We’ll do our best to resolve any issues. If you’re still unsatisfied, you may request a refund (terms apply).
Please note the following policy regarding refunds for property listings:

If you request a refund before being listed on the MLS, we will issue a full refund of your listing fee. However, once you have been listed, we won’t be able to refund you.

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and will try to address and resolve any issues or concerns you may have. If, for any reason, we cannot meet your expectations, please feel free to contact us to request a refund before placing your listing order.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your MLS listing anytime by submitting a request through our website, as long as no contract is pending on the property with a buyer whom a cooperating broker introduced. There are no termination fees or other penalties if you cancel your listing before expiration. Please note that SoldBuyMe Realty issues no refunds after placing your listing order. If you want to reinstate your canceled MLS listing within the listing agreement, you can do so, but there will be a reinstatement fee of $50.

Merchandise Refund Policy

No refunds will be allowed for merchandise items once they are shipped, including signs and lockboxes.
